{{I’ve made it a habit of whenever I play a canon character, I logon to Wikipedia and use their information to help make my application. This way I don’t leave out any details. While I have changed some words around and altered the order a bit, the majority of the description of Harry’s ablities and his history was taken and edited from…

Name: Harry Osborn
Gender: Male
Age: early-20s
Occupation: reluctant hero
Personality: Harry has always been an odd duck who lacks popularity. Because of this, his friendship with Peter and Mary Jane has always meant a lot to him. When he found out that Peter was indeed Spider-Man, whom he blamed his father’s death on, he was devastated and wounded deeply. His attitude morphed into bitterness and anger, and he often snapped at his staff and friends. That was a dark time.
After discovering the truth about the events of his father’s death, Harry realized that he had been wrong and attempted to atone for his sins by helping Peter battle Venom and Sandman. During and after that battle, the two of them reconciled, once again becoming the friends that they used to be.
Now, after coming back to life, Harry wants to make right all the wrongs he has made. While not as gung-ho about fighting evil as Spider-Man, Harry is now on a mission of redemption, and he will do whatever he must to regain his honor.
Appearance: Harry stands about 5'11'' with brown hair. He's usually garbed in formal attire, wearing a comfy but yet stylish, business suit. If he's at home relaxing or with friends, Harry may be found in cotton or knit tops with khakis or jeans.
Harry is transformed into something much different as the New Goblin.
The New Goblin wears black armor with some green features. The suit is armed with retractable arm blades, made with a metal strong enough to cut through Spider-Man's webbing. He also wields a short green flyssa-like sword. He doesn't wear a demonic-looking mask like his father, but instead wears a retractable facial gear consisting of a pair of reflective green goggles and a green mouthpiece.
Abilities: After subjecting his body to the HPE gas, Harry’s strength, agility, reflexes and healing powers were enhanced. While not as powerful as Spider-Man, the New Goblin can, and has, given Spidey a run for his money.
The New Goblin rides a hi-tech snowboard-shaped glider called the Sky Stick (which goes unnamed in the film). The glider houses the Goblin's pumpkin bombs, rockets, razor-sharp pikes and two flamethrowers. Much like its Goblin predecessor, the Sky Stick can fly in all directions using two high-powered propellers on its underside which also house the board's flamethrowers. The Sky Stick is integrated with the New Goblin's suit, and can home in on its rider whenever the two are separated.
The HPE gas also has some drawbacks. The gas can cause aggression, violence and insanity. Harry has already been inflicted with hallucinations of his deceased father and has had trouble balancing on the fence between right and wrong.
History:
In the first film, Harry was one of Peter's high school classmates. Though Harry and Peter were best friends, he did resent the fact that his father, Norman Osborn, seemed to understand Peter better than his own son. As the movie began, Peter became Spider-Man and Norman became the Green Goblin, but Harry remained unaware that the two were his best friend and father.
As Norman was growing more terrified of the Green Goblin persona, he begged Harry for forgiveness for not being a better father and the two came to an understanding. However, at the end of the film, the Green Goblin was killed by his own glider after he attempted to kill Spider-Man. Norman’s last wish to Peter was to not let Harry find out about his villainous identity, so Spider-Man removed the Goblin's costume and returned Norman's body to the Osborn mansion.
Harry, after seeing Spider-Man carrying Norman's body, assumed that Spider-Man had murdered his father. In shock, Harry grabbed a gun from a nearby drawer and prepared to shoot, but Spider-Man was nowhere to be seen. He left before Harry could react. At Norman's funeral, a brooding Harry told Peter that Spider-Man would pay for the death of his father, launching his crusade to bring the masked hero down.
It should also be notted that Harry and Mary Jane dated for a short time during the first film.
In Spider-Man 2, Harry took over his father's career. However, his business failures and unresolved resentment towards Peter, who he felt was siding with Spider-Man rather than with him, caused Harry to slowly spiral into alcoholism.
His vendetta against Spider-Man brought him into an alliance with Doctor Otto Octavius. Harry agreed to supply Doc Ock with the tritium that Ock needed for his experiments only if Ock would hunt down and deliver Spider-Man to him alive. After a long battle, Spider-Man was beaten by Doc Ock. Ock brought Spider-Man before Harry, who prepared to kill Spider-Man with a dagger.
Before giving the killing blow however, he removed Spider-Man's mask, and was shocked to see Peter's face. Harry was so devastated at his discovery that he was able to do nothing but drop his dagger and stumble backward unwilling, or unable to finish the job. A dazed Peter regained consciousness and convinced Harry to let him go and rescue Mary Jane, whom Ock was holding as prisoner.
At the end of the movie a confused Harry hallucinated and saw his father's image in a mirror, demanding that Harry avenge him. Unwilling to hurt Peter, Harry refused and shatters the mirror, only to find his father's hidden lair, with the Green Goblin equipment: the suit, the armor, the pumpkin bombs, the pikes and the glider within.
In Spider-Man 3, overcome by his obsession to avenge his father, Harry decided to use the Goblin equipment and apply the technology to attack Peter. Harry also used the same "Human-Performance Enhancer" (HPE) gas chamber that created his father’s alter ego, the Green Goblin. The HPE gas enhanced his strength, agility, reflexes and quickened his healing ability. He became known as the New Goblin (though not named in the film).
As the New Goblin, he ambushed Peter when he was riding his moped back to his apartment. The two have an intense fight over the skyline of New York City, which only ended when Peter used his webbing to expel Harry from his glider. Harry impacted a piece of piping as he fell from the Sky Stick and he was knocked unconscious. Scared that he had severely hurt Harry, if not killed him, Peter rushed him to a hospital.
After some time, the doctors were able to successfully resuscitate Harry however, Harry had not escaped injury completely. The doctors told Peter that the impact had given Harry short-term memory loss. On his next visit, Peter found out that not only did Harry not remember their extravagant battle, but had also lost a significant portion of his memory from around the time of his father's funeral, and had completely forgotten Spider-Man’s role in Norman Osborn’s death.
The two of them temporarily enjoy their reborn friendship.
When Mary Jane began to succumb to feelings of abandonment from Peter, who was preoccupied with his newly turned Black Suit and Sandman, she turned to the still-amnesic Harry for company. Their mutual vulnerability led them to share a brief kiss, but the ensuing guilt drove Mary Jane to pull away and walk out of Harry’s penthouse.
Devastated, Harry began to hallucinate and once again saw his father. His father refreshed Harry’s memory of Pete, of Spider-Man and of the “truth” behind the Goblin’s death. Feeling the old anger and resentment rising within, Harry donned the New Goblin suit once again and went to Mary Jane's apartment. After surprising her, Harry urged Mary Jane to hurt Peter or…he would kill him.
After Mary Jane committed the dark, and forced, deed of breaking off their relationship, Peter arranged to meet with Harry and talk. When Peter brought up that Mary Jane had mentioned "someone else," Harry--pretending to be sympathetic--told Peter that he is the other man. Peter, in disbelief, walked away. Upon looking back however, he witnessed Harry’s eerie, evil grin and realized that the New Goblin had regained his memory.
Peter, fueled with anger and donning the Black Suit (which was hidden under his clothes), confronted Harry in Harry’s mansion. After an intense fight, Harry was defeated and yet again found himself at Peter's mercy. Under the symbiote's influence, Peter mocked Harry, telling him that his father despised him. When Peter turned to walk away, Harry snatched up a Pumpkin Bomb and threw it, aiming for Peter’s back. Peter, who sensed the bomb through his Spider Sense, webbed it and flung it back at Harry. Harry was caught in the explosion, which permanently disfigured the right side of his face.
After joining forces, Venom and Sandman held Mary Jane hostage at a construction site. Peter realized that the danger was far too much to handle alone. He swallowed his pride and approached a disfigured Harry for help. Dishonored over what Peter had done to both his father and himself as well as ashamed that he had been unable to avenge his father, Harry refused and told Peter to leave.
Later, Harry sought refuge inside of his father's lair. Bernard, his butler, found him. Bernard finally explained that upon close inspection of Norman's wounds, he found it clear that Harry’s father was impaled by his very own glider. Norman Osborn did not die by Spider-Man's hand.
Harry watched the news coverage of Spider-Man’s battle with Venom and Sandman, slowly coming to terms with the truth. When it became apparent that Spider-Man was going to lose, Harry donned the New Goblin suit and arrived to help his friend in the nick of time.
After staving off Sandman, Harry moved on to aid Spider-Man against Venom, who defeated him without difficulty. Later, when Venom was about to stab Spider-Man with the Sky Stick's blades, Harry jumped in front of Peter and took the hit himself. The blades punctured through Harry’s chest, and mortally wounded him. Spider-Man, after discovering what Venom’s weakness was, quickly defeated Venom, throwing one of Harry's own pumpkin bombs into the symbiote after weakening it.
After the fight, Harry succumbed to his injuries with Peter and Mary Jane by his side. With his last breath, he reconciled his relationship with Peter. Peter apologized for all he had done to Harry, and Harry responded by saying, "It's alright Pete, we're friends." Peter responded with "best friends" and that caused Harry to smile at him before dying. Both Peter and Mary Jane attended Harry's funeral not long after.
After the funeral, when everyone had left, Harry Osborn was resurrected within the casket. One of the perks of the HPE gas was that it could bring its host back to life after death, and this time with Harry, it did.
Harry dug his way to the surface and made his way back to his penthouse, all the while wondering what his next move would be.
